Postage and Handling Fee

Postage is not included in our prices given, and will be added by purchase along with a handling fee (4% + NOK 2,50 of the total amount). The postal rates are set by the Norwegian Postal Service and are based on weight. Below are some postage examples which apply when purchasing one item at a time. When buying more than one item please see postage price list, based on weight, below. Please mind, the a-ha merchandise is shipped separately and from the UK. Other postage rates therefore apply.

What happens and what do I do after I have clicked the 'Submit Order' button?

An order confirmation will be e-mailed you as soon your order is registered. (Might take a couple of weekdays as 'a-ha fan café' is only a part-time run business.)

As soon your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a payment e-mail, including a pro-forma invoice and directions on how to pay online through a secure PayPal web site with your credit card (VISA/Mastercard) or Paypal account.

Your order will then be shipped as soon your credit card is authorised/money transfer completed.

PLEASE MIND: Your order is binding from the moment you have clicked the ‘Submit Order’ button, which means you are obliged to notify Bug Productions immediately in the case of cancellation.
 

Wrong or fault delivery

In the case of wrong or fault delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and within 2 months from the date of receipt of the good the latest. Wrong deliveries will be replaced. Fault deliveries will be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the kind of goods and the degree of fault.
 

Cancellation of your order

According to the ‘Consumer Purchases Cancellation Act’ you have got 7 working days to withdraw without giving any reason. This period starts from the date of receipt of the goods. In case of withdrawal, you have to pay for delivering goods back to 'a-ha fan café'. Please mind, the right to withdraw does for instance not apply for sealed goods, like CD’s and DVD’s, if the sealing is broken. This act applies for customers within Europe only. However, 'a-ha fan café' has decided to offer these rights to apply for all our customers.
